Hello this is Gracie Hensley and Lucas Allen coming forward with something heavy on our hearts. Our dear friends Skylar and Abby are two of the kindest, most selfless people you’ll ever meet. Anyone who knows them can tell you that they’re the first to show up when someone else is in need—whether it’s a helping hand, a shoulder to lean on, or simply being there with love and support. Recently, Skylar and Abby welcomed their beautiful baby girl Oakleigh Grace into the world. Their little one has special needs that require extra care, attention, and countless medical appointments. As any parent can imagine, this journey has been both emotionally and physically demanding. With so much time devoted to caring for their baby and traveling back and forth for appointments, Skylar and Abby have missed a significant amount of work. While they’ve never once complained and continue to pour every ounce of love into their child, the financial strain is beginning to take its toll. That’s where we—family, friends, and community—can step in to help lighten the burden. This fundraiser is to support Skylar and Abby with: • Covering expenses from missed work • Travel costs related to their baby’s care • Giving them breathing room so they can focus on what matters most: their child’s health and happiness Skylar and Abby have always given so much to others without ever asking for anything in return. Now it’s our turn to give back.
